Starting SimFlex Web#

SimFlex is blocked by Internet Explorer popup blocker#

Please, check the correctness of the popup blocker settings.

• Go to <Menu> Tools -> Pop-up Blocker -> Pop-up Blocker Settings...
• Check that Allowed Sites list contains www.simflexgroup.com.
• If it does not contain - copy there the address www.simflexgroup.com and click Add.
• You can close the Settings window.
• For best result, please, reopen the Internet Explorer and open SimFlex page again.

SimFlex is blocked by FireFox popup blocker#

Please, check the correctness of the popup blocker settings.

• Go to <Menu> Tools -> Options -> Content
• If Block popup windows option is on, then click Exceptions button.
• Check that Allowed Sites list contains www.simflexgroup.com.
• If it does not contain - copy there the address www.simflexgroup.com and click Enable.
• You can close the Options window.
• For best result, please, reopen the FireFox and open SimFlex page again.

SimFlex is blocked by Google popup blocker#

• Click on the toolbar button to allow blocked popup window.
• Google Toolbar now remembers your choice and you won't have SimFlex popup window blocked anymore.

Running SimFlex Advanced#

• Ensure JavaScript is enabled in browser. Java can be downloaded here. SimFlex needs Java Version 6 to run.
  
• Select Open SimFlex Advanced
  
• Accept certificate when Security Alert dialog appears:
  

• Select Yes.
  
• Accept Site's certificate. Do not forget to switch on marked checkbox:
  

• Press Yes
  
• Accept Site's certificate. Do not forget to switch on marked checkbox:
  
• The following popup may appear. Select NO
  

• SimFlex Advanced will open up in a few seconds
